Question:
I was just wanting to see what a niche website looks like relatively. I am wanting to make one of my own, but i don’t know where to begin…
Answer:
People don’t like to tell others about their profitable niche sites because some competitors are not so nice and they’ll do anything to destroy what others have built.
The ideally designed niche website revolves around one thing or a couple of very closely related things. A niche site is also called an authority site. A few examples would be a website about a product, a service, or a how-to site. These are typically built by affiliates, but not always, who get paid when a referral they make results in a sale. They can also be content publishers who write helpful reviews, articles or interesting blog posts and they’ll profit by placing ads on their sites. When people click on those ads, the website owner gets paid. Some clicks only pay out a single penny while others pay out several dollars. I have some websites that display Google AdSense ads that earn me $2.50 – $3.66 per click. They are niche markets that I have a passionate interest in, but they also happen to have some very high paying ad clicks.
